Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
Dance Labs Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates dancelabs.shop, where we offer limited edition Dance Labs merchandise and apparel. These Terms apply to all purchases made on this site. By ordering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Limited Edition Products
All merchandise drops are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Product photos are digital representations; the final product may vary slightly in color and print size.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

4. Shipping & Pre-Orders
All products in this collection are pre-orders until November 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM MT. Orders cannot be cancelled after the pre-order period ends.

The expected ship date for pre-order products is December 12, 2025. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

  • Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • International orders may take up to 45 business days to arrive after shipment. Customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees, if applicable.

  • We are currently unable to ship orders to Russia. Orders with a Russian shipping address will be refunded in full.

  • We will not re-ship or refund orders marked "Arriving Late" on the USPS website. These packages are not considered lost and will arrive.

  • If an order is returned to us, we can re-ship the package; however, postage costs must be paid by the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

This collection is limited edition, available by pre-order, and produced in very small quantities to ensure exclusivity. Due to these limited runs, we are unable to offer exchanges.

We stand by the quality of our merchandise. If an item is not quite right, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unsoiled, and with all original tags attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense. To initiate a return, please email hello@dancelabs.co. All returns must follow this policy; we cannot make exceptions.

6. No Course Access
Purchases made on dancelabs.shop are for physical merchandise only and do not include access to Dance Labs courses or digital content hosted on dancelabs.co. Course purchases and account access are governed by the Terms & Conditions found on dancelabs.co.

7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, logos, and trademarks appearing on dancelabs.shop are the property of Dance Labs, LLC. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Dance Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of merchandise from dancelabs.shop.

9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
