Is there free shipping?
Yes, for U.S. orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. All other U.S. orders are a flat rate of $5.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Are these items pre-orders?
Yes. All products in this collection are pre-orders and will not ship immediately.

When will my order ship?
The expected ship date is December 12, 2025. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

How long does international shipping take?
International orders may take up to 45 business days to arrive. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees.

What if my package says “Arriving Late” on USPS?
Packages marked “Arriving Late” are not considered lost and will not be re-shipped or refunded.

What if my order is returned to you?
We can re-ship returned packages, but postage costs must be paid by the customer.

Do you offer refunds for lost or damaged packages?
We do not offer refunds for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
